Dare to be Wild is to be released nationwide in Australia this weekend starting with the British Film Festival in Byron Bay. The trailer and all of the listings are below. This film, by Irish director and writer Vivienne de Courcy, is romantic adventure story based on the magical story of Mary’s journey to build a gold medal winning garden at the Chelsea flower show. It features a beautiful soundtrack by Colm Mac Con Iomaire featuring songs by Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova. [click through for city & theater listings.]

Dare to Be Wild, the feature length film based on Mary’s true life story, will screen at the Jameson Dublin International Film Festival in March. The film focuses on the magical story of Mary’s journey to build a gold medal winning garden at the Chelsea Flower Show.
The screening will be on 26th March at the Lighthouse, 8pm. Tickets go on sale on the film fest website on the 25th February @ 7.30pm.
